About Us
Experienced Producers. Creative People. Production First.
With over 30 years of hands-on production and film industry experience, our team knows what a Producer needs to get the job done. The Central Oregon Film Office assists local and visiting productions with facilitating permits, provide location scouting and management, and engaging the local workforce and vendor resources. We also provide inter-agency assistance such as risk management for insurance liability and coordinate with police, fire and rescue services for the safety of the public during shoots.
The Central Oregon Film Office is the official production hub for some of the most stunning locations in Central and Eastern Oregon.
Let us help you with permitting, location scouting and management and
inter-agency assistance.
With the support of Oregon Film, the City of Bend and the Central Oregon Visitors Association, our mission is to promote this region as a one stop shop for local and out of area production partners.
We explore new shoot locations for branded content spots, episodic TV, and film on a daily basis. We have recently scouted large sections of Eastern Oregon, enabling us to help you with all areas east of the Cascade Mountain Ranges. From the desert to the deepest lakes in the country, from the top of mountains to the depths of a crater, from old growth forests to the badlands; Central Oregon is a cinematographers dream. Located in the high desert we have distinct seasons and over 300 days of sunshine a year.
We are here to highlight the extraordinary talents of our region, its people and infrastructure and to provide inter-agency assistance, coordinating with city and county services to make your job as easy as possible.
