La Pine State Park: Day Camp Area

La Pine State Park is a state park along the upper Deschutes River, administered by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. Located about a mile from the main highway, and close to accommodation in Bend and La Pine.

LaPine State Park: Big Pine

LaPine State Park is located outside of the town of LaPine in Central Oregon. This park is an excellent location for filming, with multiple parks on the river.

Entrance to the Big Pine area is off the main paved road via a relatively short unpaved road to an expansive parking area.  

Paved paths are good for walking or running shoots, and to access the 500 year old pine and water front park area.

Perfect for recreational shoots, running, walking or any shoots necessary with a wooded area.

Open 8am – 8pm. Permit required.

Fall Creek (Winter)

This is a perfect year round location for a fly-fishing shoot, branded content (wedding shots on the bridge), camping or recreation shoot.

Located closed to La Pine, Sunriver and Bend, there’s parking for up to 10 vehicles at the entrance to the trail, and additional space within the camping sites for production vehicles.

Deschutes River Trail (SW Bend)

The Deschutes River Trail in SW Bend is a beautiful stretch of walking and biking dirt paths with stunning scenery.  Rock formations, winding river, towering ponderosa’s and seating are interspersed throughout the trail.

Limited parking is nearby, but not within the trail. Ideally suited to a small content shoot. 

Location permit required through Bend Park and Rec, and requires at least 21 days advance notice.
